1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Brooklyn United Soccer Club Double Header Movie Night (the "Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry

 

Ticket Validity: Each ticket admits one person to the Event. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the organisers cancel the Event.

Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid entry ticket. E-tickets or printed tickets are acceptable.

 

3. Conduct and Behaviour

 

Respectful Behavior: All attendees must behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and volunteers. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

Prohibited Items: No outside food or beverages, weapons, illegal substances, or any items that could cause harm or disruption are allowed at the Event.

 

4. COVID-19 Precautions

 

Health and Safety: All attendees must follow the COVID-19 precautions outlined by the organisers, including wearing masks (if required), maintaining social distancing, and using hand sanitising stations

Health Screening: Attendees who feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 should not attend the Event. Please contact us for refund options if this applies.

 

5. Liability

 

Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Brooklyn United Soccer Club is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Assumption of Risk: By attending the Event, you assume all risks associated with your participation, including exposure to COVID-19. The organisers are not liable for any illness, injury, or other incidents that may occur.

 

6. Photography and Videography

 

Media Consent: By attending the Event, you consent to be photographed or recorded by the Event organisers. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

 

7. Event Changes and Cancellation

 

Changes: The organisers reserve the right to change the Event schedule, movie lineup, or other details as necessary.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and offered a refund or ticket transfer to a rescheduled date.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
