NSFA’s vision is to have the highest retention rate of any Australian sporting organisation.
A big part of achieving this is through continued commitment, investment and development of our volunteer workforce. Over recent years this has resulted in the creation of the Club Coach Coordinator program, Coaching Scholarships, INSPIRE FC and the many coach education opportunities offered to members for free.
We firmly believe the coach is the biggest influencer on a players experience with football, behind the parent. As such, we must value and take responsibility to ensure that our coaches meet the minimum compliance levels we expect.
The NSFA have created the following graphic to help remind Clubs and coaches what their responsibility is.
If these compliance measures are followed, we can be confident that our coaches are well prepared and equipped to deliver a great community football experience.
