Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation by Organizer

Notification: In the unlikely event that the Brooklyn United Soccer Club Double Header Movie Night (the "Event") is cancelled by the organisers, all ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Refunds: If the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, if available.
Rescheduling: If the Event is rescheduled, ticket holders can use their existing tickets for the new date or request a refund.

2. Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organisers. Please ensure you can attend the Event before purchasing your tickets.
Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify the organisers at secretary@brooklynsoccer.org.au with the new attendee's details at least 24 hours before the Event.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

Inclement Weather: The Event will proceed except in the case of severe weather conditions that could pose a risk to attendees. If this occurs, the Event may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Notification: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and/or phone as soon as possible.
Refunds and Rescheduling: Ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date if the Event is cancelled due to severe weather.

4. Health and Safety Cancellations

COVID-19 Symptoms: If you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive within 14 days of the Event, please do not attend. Contact us at secretary@brooklynsoccer.org.au to discuss ticket options.
Health Concerns: In the interest of public health and safety, the Event may be cancelled or modified in response to changing health guidelines and regulations.
